How much do they cost?

A.Currently we're privately selling these to interested partners. Our RRP is $199 for a single unit, with prices going to $149 in bulk.

What power supplies are supported?

A.The devices are powered by USB with free standard 5v adapters provided for customers with Type A, C and G sockets.

What is your delivery timeframe?

A. Volume dependent, smaller orders can be delivered in 2-4 weeks, with larger orders taking up to 8 weeks.

What cryptocurrencies are supported?

A.All devices support Dash with Bitcoin and Ethereum (including ERC20 tokens) coming soon.

How does a customer pay at my POS?

A.Once you or your clerk enter the amount, a QR code will be displayed which your customer will scan.

How quickly will I receive payments?

A.Crypto settlements are instant as we don't ever hold the funds. Fiat payouts can be withdrawn at any point above the minimum amounts.

How does this work with my existing setup?

A.Whilst every set-up is unique, one common solution is to select 'cash tender' and then charge the order on the CTX POS.

How are the devices secured?

A.All devices are secured with your pin and the app is locked down, admin login is required to change/replace your payout settings.
